About Kari

For over 25 years, I’ve been painting the beauty of the Great Lakes — waves, wind, and the textures of the shoreline. My work spans acrylics, watercolors, fiber, and driftwood compositions, each created with materials and inspiration gathered from the coast of Lake Michigan.

With a Fine Art degree from Spring Arbor University, a Master of Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, and a career in advertising, I bring both creative instinct and design sensibility to every piece. Lake & Dune is where the shoreline meets canvas, creating art that collectors, designers, and coastal lifestyle lovers can live with every day.
